First econogy offices in developmentThe first office buildings under the econogy offices brand are already in development.The first econogy office project in CEE is being developed on the Romanian market. In an upcoming commercial and residential area in Bucharest, Floreasca Office will be a multi-level office building featuring approx. 15,000 m². Here as well, a modern shopping center is being developed in the immediate vicinity: Promenada Mall.
