San Gally Park will be a place for international and national companies who are looking for state-of-the-art office and retail space as well as a place which meets their needs and requirements.

The project is the first of Raiffeisen evolution in St. Petersburg - also called "the Venice of the North". The project is being developed as a joint venture between the Austrian company (60 %) and a Russian partner (40 %). 

The architectural design concept of the building has been developed by an international team of planners keeping in mind high international standards and the most modern demands for high-class investment.
