At the end of last year the co-operation project (Raiffeisen evolution with ARE Austrian Real Estate) was completed and handed over to the owners. The Landwehr Cadet School, completed in 1898, now offers 32 high-quality apartments including an underground car park, that, only a few months after completion, have all been sold.

“We have put extensive work in the renovation of the existing historical building and added two top stories“,  explains Ernst Kovacs, division head of project development and goes on: “The excellent location and distinctive infrastructure had also contributed to the success of the project. The interest was enormous.“

The two companies Raiffeisen evolution and ARE Austrian Real Estate set new quality standards at an ideal price/performance ratio in the privately financed residential sector. Together, many objects had been realised in the past and “future projects are being considered”, says DI Hans-Peter Weiss, director of ARE, in closing.
