Raiffeisen evolution was established in 2003 with the mission to build upscale residential and commercial properties in Austria, CEE and SEE countries.

It was only recently that Raiffeisen evolution embarked on a very special residential project at Wieden, Vienna’s Fourth District.

After only 13 months of building, the Vienna developer Raiffeisen evolution celebrated the topping-out ceremony for SkyTower, which is part of the Floreasca City Center development in Bucharest.

This year the committee of independent professionals came together to decide on which brands may use the Business Superbrands trademark.

At the end of 2010, Raiffeisen evolution started the construction work for a hotel and office building on Leninskiy Prospekt 119 in the Russian capital.
