The office complex Sholudenko, designed by Viennese architects Neumann + Partner in cooperation with architect Mykhaylo Gershenzon from Kyiv, will meet the requirements of demanding clients having flexibility and low operating costs in mind. With a clear concept and transparent space solutions, the project will represent an aesthetic and functional enhancement of the environment.

The project consists of three office buildings. Every construction units will be implemented according to international standards, meeting all state-of-the-art technical and the future users’ high requirements. The appearance of the Sholudenko complex is characterised by optical attractiveness, apparent quality, elaborate design solutions, user-friendliness and a representative character.

• Building A 25,000 m² GBA above ground
• Building B 43,600 m² GBA above ground
• Building C 34,300 m² GBA above ground

High quality office space will be constructed according to international Class A standard. Rental areas can be adapted to the various user requirements, as they are flexible regarding partitioning and space arrangement. Rental units from 300 m² to 2,700 m² per level will be available. All necessary technical supplies and connections will be available.

A sufficient number of underground parking spaces on two basement floors will be available for the users of all three project parts.

The Sholudenko office complex will be certified according to an internationally renowned standard acknowledged by the World Green Building Council.
