In Bulgaria, Raiffeisen evolution’s trend-setting residential project sofia_sky is being constructed. Very special apartments are built in an excellent location on a slope in the south of the capital Sofia:

At the foot of the up to 2,300 metres high towering Vitosha mountains, a total of 106 residential units are being built in solid brick style in two phases. 50 flats with a usable area from 80 to 340 m² are set up in four apartment houses with a maximum of three-storeys, complemented by five apartment villas with a usable area from 170 to 290 m², 24 terraced houses with a usable area from 220 to 335 m² and three detached houses with a usable area of 430 m².

Planning takes into account both local characteristics as well as modern knowledge, implementation is undertaken placing special emphasis on the apartments’ long-term stability of value.

On account of the project’s exceptional location, the apartments were designed in such a way that by a transparent architecture brings nature into the apartments: all houses are aligned in such a way that the inhabitants can enjoy the unobstructable view across the city of Sofia and the view onto the adjacent natural park at the Vitosha mountains.

Generous glass surfaces complement one another with traditional Bulgarian elements such as natural stone and wood to create a harmonious overall picture. The estate’s safety and infrastructure facilities are be implemented in accordance with local requirements. The first stage of construction was completed in 2009.
